Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We want you to love your Breevar products. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.
Socks

Unopened socks (in original packaging) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Opened/worn socks cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

If you experience a quality issue (e.g., defect, damage), we’ll replace your socks free of charge.
Underwear

Unworn, unwashed underwear in its original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 30 days.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened/worn underwear unless there’s a defect or sizing error caused by us.

If your underwear arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right.
Sleepwear

Unworn, unwashed sleepwear with tags attached may be returned or exchanged within 30 days.

Tried-on sleepwear is acceptable for returns as long as it’s not washed and is in like-new condition.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed once items pass inspection.
Q: How do I exchange for another size?

Q: Are Breevar socks really one size?
A: Yes, our socks are designed with spandex to stretch comfortably across a wide range of sizes: Men’s US 6–12 / Women’s US 4–10.
Q: How do I choose the right underwear size?
A: Check our size guide or waist measurements. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
Q: Do you have separate sizing for men’s and women’s sleepwear?
A: Yes. We design tailored cuts for men and women. Refer to our size guide for detailed chest, waist, and hip measurements.
Subscriptions
Q: How does the sock subscription work?
A: Each month, you’ll receive a new art-inspired pair delivered to your door. Each design is exclusive and collectible.
Q: Can I skip a month or pause my subscription?
A: Yes! You can manage your subscription anytime through your Breevar account—skip, pause, or cancel whenever you like.
Q: What if I already received a design?
A: Our system tracks what you’ve received to avoid duplicates, even if you reactivate later. But if that indeed happened, don't worry, we will make it right for you.
