Refund policy

30-Day Returns (Eligible Items)

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Unwashed
  • With original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@breevar.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Underwear Hygiene Policy

For hygiene reasons, worn or washed underwear is not eligible for return.

That said, we understand that fit and comfort are personal — which is why we offer a comfort guarantee on your first pair of underwear.

First Pair Comfort Guarantee (Underwear Only)

If you’re trying Breevar underwear for the first time, your first pair is risk-free.

  • If your first pair of underwear doesn’t feel right, contact us within 30 days
  • We’ll issue a refund or store credit for one pair per customer
  • No return is required

Multi-pack purchases: For underwear multi-packs, the comfort guarantee applies to one pair only. All remaining pairs must be unworn and unused to qualify for a return.

This guarantee applies to underwear only and does not extend to socks or other apparel.

Socks & Other Apparel

  • Socks and non-underwear items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused to be eligible for return
  • Worn or washed socks are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons
  • If socks arrive defective or you receive the wrong item, we’ll gladly replace them or issue a refund

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to reach out before wearing it.

Return Shipping Fee

A $9.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for approved returns. This fee helps cover return shipping, inspection, and processing costs.

Return shipping fees are waived if:

  • The item is defective
  • The wrong item was sent

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@breevar.com as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Worn or washed underwear
  • Worn or washed socks
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different size or style is to:

  1. Return the eligible item
  2. Place a new order once the return is approved

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing typically takes up to 10 business days
  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund
